BAPTISM: New in Christ
"We believe that Christian baptism, commanded by our Lord, is a sacrament signifying acceptance of the benefits of the atonement and incorporation into the Body of Christ. Baptism is a means of grace proclaiming faith in Jesus Christ as Savior. It is to be administered to believers indicating their full purpose of obedience in holiness and righteousness. As participants in the new covenant, young children and the morally innocent may be baptized upon request of parents or guardians. The church shall give assurance of Christian training. Baptism may be administered by sprinkling, pouring, or immersion."

Baptism is an extraordinary sign of God's presence and is an act of faith in each believer's life. Please let us know if you are interested in being baptized by contacting us below. We want to celebrate God's grace with you! RCNAZ holds several Baptism Sundays every year, and offers classes to help guide you through your baptism and faith journey. There is never any cost for being baptized at the Nazarene Church. Simply contact a Pastor or fill out a Connections Card and leave it in the Offering. A Pastor will be in touch with you soon.
